"The installer showed up on time and went straight to work. We discussed a couple of issues he ran into and these were resolved to my satisfaction. It's been a few motnhs since the bathtub was removed and the new shower installed. There have been no problems."

"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Walter and his team were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner as agreed upon initially. The team was courteous and was able to rip out the old bathtub and install the new shower efficiently. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend them."

"Don and Carol came out and priced the entire bathroom. The scope was reduced and Don re-estimated. Project Scope: New Bathtub and Remove/Replace Ceramic Floor Tile. Ken did work; I was not present to interface with Ken, but Don was available to report progress/ask questions daily. Final Outcome: Excellent."

"Fast and efficient install. Looks great!"

"Excel Windows and Bath are extremely professional and customer oriented. From the moment the sales person came to the door to the installation was finished, they were there to assure everything was done correctly. The product was a good value for the product, and when I need windows again I will definitely call them. I would rehire them for tub to shower but only had one that needed converted."

"We wanted a bathroom that would be safer and easier to use as we get older, and this team made it happen. They installed a walk-in shower with a bench and grab bars, non-slip flooring, and wider door access. Everything looks beautiful, but most importantly, it feels secure and comfortable. The crew was kind, patient, and truly listened to what we needed."

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"Great sale experience! Took the time to go through options, and set expectations that were exceeded. Installation was great as well! The sent out someone when it worked for my schedule. Will be using again for other projects! This was for a bathtub and surround replacement"
