The technician that came to my house didn't have a clue as to anything he was talking about and just throwing out random guesses of what the issue could be. They did zero work but stand on my grass, and I still get charged $455. Turns out that their "guess" that they wanted $10k to do the work on was completely wrong anyways. Customer service is horrible, technician was horrible and lied about paperwork, just an all around terrible company. Go with another company, or you'll regret!"
