We continued to chat back and forth and he responded immediately every time. By the end of that day we had an appointment set up for the following week. He showed up early, was efficient, extremely knowledgable about stain removal, etc. and his price just can't be beat. It was literally half of the price of the quotes that I received from several other local carpet cleaners (even with the little extra I paid to get out several VERY tough kid stains like juice, slime concoctions, etc.) The carpet looks practically brand new and it's been a very hard-lived-in kids playroom for over a decade."
