"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion. I called the Home Advisor and gave my name and number and Hildebrant's Plumbing called me within the hour. They said they could come out on Sat. morning. "This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks.
