Lots of water damage required replacement of maybe 1/3 of the decking as well as some of the fascia. Despite the extra work required, McFall had the entire thing done in a day and a half. I picked McFall because they had good ratings, and of the 4 companies I contacted they were the most modern, organized and professional. They were eager to do the work, did not go out of their way to badmouth their competition, and were respectful of my home. They were a little more expensive than other outfits and maybe if I had a larger roof it would have been too expensive - hard to say. "The person who did the work show up on time, the day they said they would come. Despite there were other persons working in the house, he was not affected and just did the work he came to do. The quality was very acceptable, but the portions with high traffic still has some fainted stains. <br /> I requested advice for other related works in tiles, tiled carpet and vinyl tiles, the operator said his company does those works and that he would pass the question.
