"A&M recently replaced my roof and I am highly satisfied. The process/project from beginning to end moved swiftly and smoothly. The office staff kept in touch telling me every step. The project supervisor on site let me know things dealing with my roof that could not be seen until the shingles were removed. There was a large hole in the wood from standing rain water near my chimney. He sent me a picture and did not repair it without my approval. I will recommend A&M to everyone I know that needs roof replacement. They get 5 stars from me."

"I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. "We hired Triangle Home Exteriors for a full wrap siding work after reading about them and meeting with Beth in person. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. "I learned about Devan from a mutual friend. Although I was initially concerned that Raven RS was a relatively new company, I turned the project over to Devan and he did a fantastic job. We were a bit skeptical that the insurance company would approve a full roof replacement, but thanks to Evan’s diligent efforts we received the full approval. If we had someone less knowledgeable about the insurance claim process this project would have been far more costly. Devan enthusiastically worked with us to add some non-roofing items to the overall budget and that made the end result much better. As with any project of this size there were a few things that needed to be corrected, but Devan handled those professionally and in a timely manner.
