"All Affordable Plumbing was great to work with. They address my primary issue which was an issue with the plumbing in the basement. Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. "January 2017 my boiler went out, I called them, they sent out a guy and told me there wasn’t anything he could do. So the following day I talked to a sales person and then they sent out two guys to install around 1PM. 6AM the following morning they had it installed. March of the same year I had them install ductless AC for me. A sales guy came out, planned locations and unit sizes. After that a couple days later a installer came buy to okay the locations and unit sizes. About a week later two installers came buy and installed the AC. For the plumbing part I had a leaking pipe on the second floor, they sent out a guy the following day that I called. When the guy came out he found the problem, made a hole in the wall, updated the price and repaired the hole in the pipe. The plumber kind of rushed b/c I think he lived in the burbs and didnt want to stay long and go home. The second time I used their plumbing service I was looking to get a bathtub installed. They sent a guy out, he looked at it, said the wall needed to be extended, quoted me $900, gave me a pen for his remodelling company and left. Needless to say, I installed the tub myself and didn’t need to extend the wall."
