"All Affordable Plumbing was great to work with. They address my primary issue which was an issue with the plumbing in the basement. Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

"Well I wasn’t here, I can only speak of the cleanliness of unit and what the wife said about his performance, firstly last year your guy did a great cleaning and repair, and I’ve used you guys for years now, mostly for plumbing emergencies, and always had great service, I know it helps when the man is home, so I’ll assume that was the problem today, the outside condensers were cleaned like ****, I could have done a better job with the hose, which was right next to the units, then because there wasn’t a parent here the first time, the second time out the guy didn’t have a step ladder to get at the fan unit, so he left and another service guy came and serviced the indoor portion, from what I can see not much was done, but like I said it was probably because the man wasn’t home. So next time I’ll be sure to be home for annual inspection and cleaning, I’ve used you in the past at home and recently at my shop in Oakbrook and will call again.! I like perfection or at the very least an effort. I suppose we had a bad hair day going on today, maybe the Covd was bothering him! I’ve had nothing but good service until today, one bad day doesn’t change the 15 previous great service call. The customer service is great as well as scheduling!!!"

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. "Outstanding! Tony was able to come to the condo within the hour. He had the missing part and explained what he needed to do and the charges before the work was started. He replaced the valve in quick order (allowing the water to be turned on in the condo) and when he was done, he further clarified what needed to be done to replace the trim kit and provided some options to reduce the overall cost by finding us replacement parts on line. In the end, he saved us an additional $160 by sending us to Home Depot for the new part."

I needed a toilet put in place in my powder room, a faucet changed in my kitchen, and a water filter installed in the kitchen. These three projects took longer than expected and I ended up paying for additional labor time.
