I contacted them three days before Christmas with a sudden, and rather extensive, raccoon problem. Luke (the owner) came out the next day, did an extensive inspection of the entire attic and damage done by the animals, provided a more than reasonable quote, and returned the next day to start work. He repaired all of the damage, critter proofed the entire house, left one egress point available to ensure no raccoons would be trapped in attic then set a trap and secured that last egress point with plastic to monitor any traffic. The trap caught raccoons every night and Luke even came out on Christmas day to humanely relocate one of the animals. He was patient, professional, courteous and above all he placed customer service and satisfaction above all else. Excellent company, excellent service, don't hesitate to call them!"

"So I had a family of Raccoons living in my attic. I called Cimex to come out and assess the situation. Jason showed up the follow afternoon as scheduled and was on time. He set up several traps and figured out they were getting in the attic. He posted eviction notices near their access points to my attic, he gave them a 24 hour notice. During this same trip he went into the attic to check for any damage they may have cause and he fogged the entire attic with a rodent deterrent/ sanitizer. The following day he was able to trap one of them and relocate it. If there were others up there they decided that Jason was a pro and did as he asked and vacated the premises. Jason made another trip out a few days later to look up in the attic to make sure they were gone, he used a scope camera to check the areas that he could not fit in. We are coon free, the entry points have been closed and sealed. If you have a rodent problem Jason at Cimex is the man to call."
