The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

"H2O plumbing came out for us twice. The first time we had small flood and our sump pump stopped working. They came out right away and figured out the problem quick. Our circuit had blown, novice mistake of ours. They were so nice and didn't charge for the quick fix. I had them come back and rod clean out all our pipes so the water is flowing good. I would recommend them. Very nice guys who are fair and do great work."

We have two catch basins that need to be rodded and cleaned as preventive maintenance regularly. They have also done some work for us when we've had tree roots grow into our sewer lines. "I called various companies, they either seemed to lack confidence to do the job, didn't want the job, or didn't know how to do the job without the gas on. When I called this company, they knew exactly what needed to be done. I made an appointment and took the day off from work. My appointment came and went with nobody showing up. I called and asked for an update and they said they were busy and would have someone out ASAP. The plumber showed up 45 minutes after the original 3 hour window I was given. The plumber had an appointment sheet with my name and info with the wrong appointment window on it. It basically seemed like my appointment got lost in the system and they didn't send someone out until I called to see why no one had arrived. The plumber was great, he really was an expert. He gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done and gave me prices. At this point I had been without gas for a few days and was ready to get this process going, which is why I was willing to overpay. The plumber then informed me that they charge extra because it was getting late, so I replied that it wasn't my fault because his company lost my appointment for an earlier time. He called in and they said they would do it. He did the work, did it well, was very knowledgeable, was very polite, and I got my gas back on. My biggest problem is the price, which is my fault because I agreed to pay it, I understand that. I agreed to pay because I was able to and needed my home to be fully functional for my children, not because I thought it was a fair price. The cost was $1900. As far as parts go, I don't believe it was more than $300 (3 ball valves, 1 pipe cap, joint sealant, air compressor, gas leak solution, air gauge with pipe to tap into gas line), that means they charged $1600 for 4 hours of labor. $400 an hour just seems high to me. Again the work was done perfectly, the plumber was an expert, I have no doubt that they can do multiple jobs at a very high level, and I understand that you get what you pay for, but it just seemed high."

"I purchased an "Angie's Big Deal" to have three small jobs done at my home. I needed a toilet put in place in my powder room, a faucet changed in my kitchen, and a water filter installed in the kitchen. These three projects took longer than expected and I ended up paying for additional labor time. The installer encountered a few problems installing the water filtration system and had to come back out to correct them. Phone calls were returned promptly and follow-up before, during, and after the projects were completed was good."

"We were suffering with a loud fog horn like sound whenever the hot water faucet was turned on in our bathroom sink. Brian arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional as he analyzed the situation. Since there was also a small leak after turning off the cold water, he provided a firm quote to replace both cartridges which I approved. Getting started, he found it extremely difficult to disassemble the faucets to get down to the cartridges since all of the components were fused tight. Working methodically and carefully, Brian was able to complete the installation without harming the faucet. But in all honesty, I have never seen anything that was more difficult and that required more patience. Brian successfully completed the work and stuck to his quote even though it was much more difficult than anyone could have imagined. I would like to thank Brian for all of his efforts and also The Scottish Plumber for taking such good care of our plumbing needs over the years. Brian is a credit to his profession."
