I've already had people ask me, " Who poured this? It looks great!" Ari was very professional, responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. When I texted him on the last day of work with a concern, he came over and laid down on the ground to get a look at what I was talking about, and then took the time to walk me through the decisions we made and how the system will work together as planned to keep my basement dry. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "It went well. I was very impressed with how the windows did during the polar vortex! They did make a difference and they look very nice. I replaced 4 windows and they did inserts to save on having to redo some siding on the outside of the house and then I also did not have to work on restaining the surround wood. I would however I think preferred some new wood as when they put in one of the windows they really scraped up the wood a lot. The screens for the windows are not my favorite and even those working for the company say the same. Apparently the supplier changed the screens. They are just flimsy but otherwise I think they will be fine. Really nice I can open my window from either side if I want. Let's say you want your window open at night but not directly one you, you can open the other side to get some area. When I compared with other estimates for the MUCH lower price of these windows I'm extremely happy! I paid a little extra to have the white part of the window done in a wood grain and that looks really nice in the bedrooms. I have some more older windows to replace and I do feel I would hire this company again."

"Everything about my experience with Outdoor Solutions was positive. Jim was very easy to work with, flexible, and timely in his response to my questions. I was very appreciative that his company was willing to take on a smaller deck repair job. I had contacted at least 6 other companies over the last year, looking for someone willing to come out and fix two deck posts that were heaving out of the ground and pushing up one corner of my deck. Most companies refused to even call me back, and the others were not willing to look at my problem unless I wanted a complete tear-down and rebuilding of my deck. It seems that most companies don't want anything to do with customers who won't or can't spend $30,000 or more on a project, so I was thrilled that Jim was willing to have someone from one of his crews come work on my deck. He sent out Joshua to do the work less than a week after contacting him. I couldn't believe the quick response and the flexibility Outdoor Solutions provided in order to fit my repair project in around other larger projects. Joshua's work was exceptional in all ways. In my opinion, he did the work of a 2-man crew and worked until everything was perfect. He took pride in his work and was very detail-oriented. In addition, he was very friendly, courteous, professional, and hard-working. I am now able to enjoy my deck for the rest of the summer.
