"We have used Jeff in the past and he was our first choice for the work that needed to be done. Jeff arrived at the appointment on time, within 2 days of calling to schedule. He quickly cleaned and releveled a 5 tier fountain that had not been used in at least 2 years. He also moved and replaced the pump as we no longer needed such a mighty one. He also cleaned and checked out a smaller fountain that had also been neglected for 2+ years. Finished his work in under 2 hours. 2 days later - the large fountain had not been used in a long time so the caulking between the tiers had deteriorated and allowed the water to drain from upper tiers. We called Jeff back and he came the next day to check out the problem. He quickly determined the caulking problem but because of the size/weight of our fountain, he needed help to remove and fix the problem. "Let me commend Albert Guerra for the service he provided to us in diagnosing and repairing our clogged wash-machine drain pipe. He worked parts of two days to solve the problem. On the second day he arrived with a helper who brought along a high-technology snake camera that they used it to discover a broken-off rubber nozzle that had somehow gotten into the drain pipe and made its way down past a couple of bends, drastically reducing capacity. After asking permission, they removed a small section of the wall and replaced the affected section of pipe. Result: a wash machine that we can again use to launder our clothes and which no longer floods our laundry area and drywall walls or ceilings downstairs.
