"Alex stopped by to estimate cost of repairing/replacing several plumbing items for the 25-year old house I just bought in the Las Vegas Valley. My most urgent concern was to replace the extremely corroded in-ground main water shut-off valve next to the foundation. Alex's estimate for everything but the whole-house filter was reasonable, so I had him replace the water-main valve the same day. He was a true pro who worked quickly and skillfully, so was done in about an hour. I was extremely impressed by everyone at Country Wide ProServ, from the scheduler to Alex. Really super! As a retiree from a family of plumbers, I'd much rather have ProServ do my plumbing work, than ask any of my cousins. I plan to call ProServ for all plumbing work I don't want to do myself; they are the BEST!"

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
