I want to know exactly what I am being charged for each item, not just a total. It is also flummoxing that it cost an additional $20 to pay a year's contract up front than to pay monthly. This is mind-boggling. No one is allowed to auto-debit my checking account. I pay in full. Other than these small issues unrelated to the repair itself, all went well."

Different than other service providers there were no push to replace needless equipment or components to named brands that they cover. They installed a replacement I had and that saved me some money on the overall service.
