"He was busy and he could not come out the next day or anything like that but he came out as soon as he could and when he said he was going to come, he came. After they went out and gave me an estimate they came out right away after that. They cleaned up very well afterwards. "Worker should up on time (or close to it) and took a few hours to remove the old door and frame. He left for a couple of hours to buy the supplies and do lunch. After he returned, he completed the widening and put in the new door and frame. He did have to come back the next day to stain the door but that is because the color he had , I felt was too light, so he had to get some new stain of a different color. After about 2 weeks, the door 'settled ' and wasn't shutting exactly as we thought it should. He came back out and did an adjustment and it now works perfect. <br /> <br />"
