My technician quickly diagnosed the issue and did something to get the A/C functioning temporarily while awaiting parts to come in. He gave me a couple of options as far as repair, one less costly and one with longer term good outcome but was honest that for the time being, either one would work. He had it fully repaired and serviced within 48 hours of ordering parts and I didn't have to suffer without A/C in the meantime! Jose and his team explained the renovation process from start to finish and worked with my vision of how I wanted my room to look. They were very respectful of my brother and I and would let know when they were leaving for the day. If there was a situation that occurred they would always inform of any changes that would need to be done before administering them. They were considerate and careful with their equipment whenever they had to enter and leave my home. Anytime I had any questions about anything in the room, they would always explain they entire process and that always kept my mind at ease.
