"Philip Berry has fixed electrical issues, took out a pantry, built onto the wall and has remodeled my kitchen. He has stopped by when we had questions and is very reliable. We feel very comfortable working with Philip and we have recommended him to friends and family. He is currently installing cabinets, adding crown molding to our kitchen cabinets, molding around our window, and a tile backsplash. He can do everything"

"Good roofing job overall, however, not happy with flat top enclosed porch roofing. Have tubs under continuing leak on roof of enclosed porch. Have contacted several times and sent pics of it as it dripped. He returned once and the leak improved but after sending pics of continued leaking did not respond."

"Without a doubt the best water damage restoration company in the Lexington KY area. You cant go wrong with him. Highly recommended!"

"I was grateful that they were willing to take on a small job of finishing some deck work. Kyle was professional and efficient in getting the work done. . I am very pleased with the work and look forward to calling on them again when needs arise."

"Incredible Quality. Very Responsive. Fair Price. Excellent Value. Ben and the team are very courteous, helpful and highly skilled. We will definitely solicit their help in the future! Thanks again! #masterbedroom #walls #paint #carpet"

"Built home from the ground up! They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They priced better then anyone else did. The end project turned out exactly how I wanted it! I would highly recommend this company!"

"We have used Cody for several home projects over the last five years and have never been disappointed. So when it came time to get a new roof Cody was our first and only choice. Cody has a great work ethic which is hard to find these days. He is professional, friendly, prompt and gets the job done in a timely manner and a reasonable price. His workmanship is always top notch! We have had several of the neighbors comment on how nice our roof looks, what a great job was done on it and how Promptly it was done. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Marin s Construction, in fact 2 of my neighbors have already asked for his number."

"Great communication and clean up."
