He found that the damage was due to termites.  I consulted Angie's list and found that Bugout was one of the highest rated pest control firms in my area.  I called Bugout and told them about my problem.  Troy came out immediately and inspected the damage while the wall was still open.  He suggested spot treatment of three possible entrance routes and the installation of a Sentricon perimeter system.  I thought his proposal made perfect sense, his price was quite reasonable given what other providers were charging for similar services, and he was extremely responsive in doing the work and taking care of the problem. <br /> Given the previous reviews I expected quality service and a reasonable price.  That is exactly what I received.  I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work and their attention to customer service. <br />"
