"We recently had BP Flooring Solutions install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our bathroom as part of a remodeling project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Josh, the installer, did an excellent job from start to finish. He replaced a section of water-damaged subfloor, installed new underlayment, and finished everything off with fresh baseboards—all with great attention to detail. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and the final result shows it. The project was completed at a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied and would highly recommend BP Flooring Solutions—and especially Josh—for anyone looking for quality flooring installation."

"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

"Adam and his crew, David and Mario, were great. Project included a whole house replacement of carpets with wood floors. They were able to stain new floors to match existing wood details of our home. They were also able to accomodate various scheduling delays for which we are grateful. This is a group that gets customer service. We have had wood floors installed in several of our homes so we have something to compare against and...these floors look great."

"I had carpet installation performed by one company who did a fabulous job. Very professional, very efficient and their craftmanship was impeccable. I had a difficult job that included sealing pet odors. When done there was no pet odors and they did the install sooner than expected. I also had a vinyl flooring installation in the kitchen done by another installer. They did a great job as well. Very professional, very efficient and their craftmanship was also impeccable. I would definitely use these companies again!"

"Dan and his crew helped us out of a bind as our refrigerator leaked and our wood floors that Footprints Floors installed last year (to the day) got severely damaged. We were worried that we might have to redo the entire main level. Dan assured my wife and I that they will be able to not only fix the damaged boards, but also be able to lace the stain in making it look like nothing happened. The first thing that they did was a moisture test and they communicated to us immediately that the damage is not too bad and that, while some boards needed to be replaced, the rest can just be sanded and then stained and coated to match the existing floor. Hearing this made us feel better, but, still, we were worried that this may no happen. We kept getting reassurances from Dan and his team that all will be okay and to just be patient. Well, here we are after a few days that the work started and we are amazed at the tremendous job Dan and his team did on our wood floors! It really doesn't look like anything happened!! Everyone has their own experiences, but I was able to text Dan and he responded promptly with my questions. He and his team really cared about our needs and wanted to make sure we were satisfied in every way. In fact, we just asked for an extra coat and Dan went out of his way to ensure that someone comes tomorrow morning to get this done!!! Their hard work, dedication and professionalism was very much appreciated and we would recommend Footprints Floors in Castle Rock very highly to anyone. Dev & Priyanka Purohit Parker, CO"

"We received three bids for the job. ProWorks was more expensive than the other two, but their bid included things the other bids did not, which is why we chose them. First, the existing prefinished hardwood had been installed without removing the baseboards, and instead a strip of shoe molding had been attached over the floor to cover any gaps. It was really ugly and looked unprofessional. ProWorks was the only company that offered to remove the baseboards to see how bad the gaps might be and if possible replace the baseboards with a thicker baseboard to cover any gaps; the other companies said I was stuck with the shoe molding (I've attached pics to better explain this issue, since it was basically the deciding one for us). Second, ProWorks promised a time to completion that was shorter than the others by several days. Since the work was encompassing the entire first floor of our house, including the kitchen, less time out of commission, even by only two or three days, was a big bonus, especially as it meant the work would encroach on only one weekend rather than two. Third, ProWorks was the only company that included in their bid the cost and scheduling of movers to move our furniture into the garage to get it out of the way, and to move it back after the job. This was a real convenience not to have to coordinate this ourselves. Jose and his team did the installation and the sanding/refinishing (September 2015). They did the job in the time allotted, there was not too much mess, and we stayed in the house for the duration except for one night, when Jose recommended being in a hotel because of the fumes from the finish and also because the floor needed not to be stepped on in any way for a period of several hours. The new floors are gorgeous and we love them. There were a couple of issues, and this is where ProWorks really shined. The first was immediate, when I observed that the posts from the stair banister had been put back a sort of ugly way after the replacing of the treads. New banisters were not part of the scope of work, but when I mentioned that the connection to the stair was clumsy--more than it had been before, Anthony (who is their jobsite supervisor) came out to check it out and agreed with me. ProWorks sent a stairs team out to fix the issue within a day or two. The second issue took longer to come up. The existing floor had been done in prefinished hardwood, which meant the boards had a "microbevel" on the edges to make for easier installation. This meant that it needed to be sanded for refinishing more deeply than a regular hardwood floor to get past the microbevel. The first team did not sand it quite deeply enough, so that there were still wide cracks between the boards, which they filled in with filler. Within a couple of week, the filler started to come up out the floor, especially in the kitchen, where the floor gets walked on a lot. This left the large cracks in the floor exposed, not to mention the shards of filler constantly scattered all over the floor. I discussed the problem with ProWorks, and they agreed to have someone come back and resand and finish the preexisting floor to take care of the microbevel and the filler issue. They asked me if it could wait until January (2016) when they would be less busy, and I agreed. They arranged for the work to happen over the three-day weekend when we were planning to be out of the house anyway. Again, they arranged to have movers come and move the relevant furniture (including fridge and stove) into the garage before and back after the job. I believe the second team was led by Daniel, who kept in touch with me throughout by phone since we were out of town. ProWorks did not charge us anything for the corrections. A couple notes on communication: Jennifer does all the coordinating, and I found that phone is better than email to reach her. Anthony can be a bit of a pill--I kind of felt he considered it his job to keep my expectations realistic. For example, we had had the bid done by Matt, including the conversations about the baseboards, and in the midst of the job, Anthony tried to convince me that trying to replace the baseboards was not feasible, but when I insisted, he agreed and made sure it got done well. So, basically, he just wants to make sure you really want what you want, but in the end, he wants to make sure you get it, too. This worked for me, as I appreciated the pushback to know what really was doable and what wasn't, but also appreciated that once it was decided, it stayed decided and I didn't have to have that discussion again. The two team leaders, Jose and Daniel, were great and made sure I always knew where they were in the process. We've now lived on the floor for a year and we love it. Jobs this big rarely go perfectly, and I was very happy with the way ProWorks handled the problems. At no time did I feel like I was dealing with a faceless company who didn't care about my job once they had my money. I have recommended them to others, including people who have admired our floors without even knowing that it was work we had done."
