They power washed the entire house and then caulked every crack and joint. They then painted the exterior of the house using Sherwin-Williams Duration paint. "Hired for a primary bathroom renovation. While the owner Jonathan was great during our walkthroughs, the crew assigned to our project was a joke. They never came on time, when trying to call Jonathan or our project manager, no one would respond until hours later. There seems to be no communication between Jonathan and his crew. When the crew does show, they seem to be confused on what the plan is for the day and we?re stuck trying to tell them what we are expecting. This is not what I imagined for a home project. We seem to be the ones pushing for communication and supervising the project, not the project manager or Jonathan. While the work is done well (once the crew arrives) everything else has been a mess trying to figure out this project. We were assured this was an ?easy? project and it?s now double the time Jonathan told us and it?s still not done."
