Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

"<p>Phillippe, showed up late. However, called to let us know he would be late. I was on my way home, and he ended up getting there before I arrived. My wife let him in, and he got to work.</p> <p></p> <p>He had nearly completed the inspection by the time I arrived. He did let us know it the tank was getting full, and that I wouldn't need to empty it immediately if I didn't want to. He estimated I had another 1-3 years before it would need to be emptied. The large date range is because everyone uses their systems differently.</p> <p>He cleaned and put everything away before leaving. That includes putting the boards back into my deck (yes I have a deck directly above the septic tank access.)</p> <p></p> <p>I would certainly go with this company in the future!</p> <br />"

"First off, Mr. Rooter responded to my internet message within 5 minutes of submission. The phone operator was very friendly and courteous. I called around 11 a.m. and the service professional "Trevor" was out to the property at 1:30 p.m. that same day. After explaining to Service Professional Trevor that I had had this drain personally and professionally snaked frequently over the past 10 years, Trevor suggested a more thorough cleaning known as HydroScrub Jetting (registered trademark). Therefore, following a routine snaking to clear an opening, the HydroScrub procedure was performed (basically, a snake with small pressure washing jets at the tip) and I saw evidence of grease and particles at my floor drain (i.e. Trevor ran snake thru a nearby clean-out) that were chunky and smelly. The procedure took at least 1 1/2 hours. Trevor cleaned up the area the best he could and finished his work with a sewer scope at the outside of my property. We ran a hose at the clean-out thru the 70+ year old sewer pipe (over 105 feet to the street from my old house) and, thankfully, things looked pretty clear. Trevor also provided me with a bottle of a Mr. Rooter enzyme to periodically treat the heavily used drains in my home. He was professional and courteous and I feel I finally got a thorough cleaning of my drain pipe for my money (plus 1-year warranty)."
