The spraying worked for the most part but I did have an unusual area that required a follow up which Minh came out to resolve promptly as well. I also had Minh repair some of crawl space vents where other contractors made larger holes in the vents as they did their projects which put my crawl space at risk for critters. "Excellent. Painless. We saw dropping from our wood framed sliding glass door, so we thought it had to be termites. The last time we had termites, we tented and it was awful. We were delighted that this company advertised with KFI radio or else we wouldn't have known about them. The two licensed inspectors were very thorough. They explained how each of their treatments worked. As they found termites, they showed us the droppings. When the technicians arrived (on time) to do the work a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised how considerate they were. They were efficient, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner. We would use them again. So nice that we didn't have to move out for a few days and are confident our problem has been taken care of."

"We purchased an old single family and hired Geffroy for treating drywood termite and fungus, repairing damaged wood members, straightening the structure posts in the scrawl space and replacing a few ventilation screens. Geffroy is absolutely great. He came to our house for a pretty thorough free inspection including going under the scrawl space. He gave a very competitive bid compared to the bid we got from HomeGuards. He was very professional and patient and explained a lot of things to me (a first time home owner knows pretty much nothing). We decided to hire him on Friday. To our pleasant surprise, Geffroy was able to meet our time constraints and came to work on our house over the weekend (one day after we made our decision). He finished most of the work over the weekend and came for a few touch up the next Tuesday. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work. What impressed me the most is his hard-working attitude. He stayed to finish his work on Sunday until 11pm (took longer than he thought) and did not charge us extra beyond the price we agreed upon.
