"It was good. They were very knowledgeable about their product like efficient water conditioner which I never heard of, and they had the same ideas as the other people which was good, and it confirms what should be done for the services. They were on time and punctual."

"I had no input on which water heater they installed. The Lochinvar has a constantly flashing light, makes a lot of noise, and cost over $2,000, which none of my friends or family said was within reason."

"Thought an outside water spigot was my problem ending more then expected but it was repaired very fast, thank you."

"The installation today by Cory could not have gone better. He called before arrival, gave me a fair estimate before starting work, completed the work in no time flat (less than 2 hours) and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable electrician who I easily conferred with about other electrical issues and I would gladly work with Cory in the future. Highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

After using advertised discounts, Dauenhauer’s price was competitive with others, plus this crew’s demonstrated respect for the customer validated my choice. I would definitely call them again as well as recommend to others looking for this level of service."

"Leonard Martin from CLMS Plumbing communicated thoroughly and accurately about my need for a new water heater. He followed through with what he promised.
