The communication was seamless and the quality of work done by Brian, Kevin, Lance and all of the plumbers and electricians was top notch! Everyone was amazing especially when dealing with all of my questions and design ideas, including rearranging the layout and plumbing to accommodate my request for a large picture window with a soaker tub in front of it and having multiple shower heads that all function independently as well as together! The heated floors are also a favorite as well as our closet that Brian designed! We are so thrilled with the the final results and our bathroom is now a sanctuary that I never want to leave! "These contractors were excellent and renovated 3/4 of our house. They buffered our wood floor and made it look brand new, they remodeled our bathroom and made it look like a Hollywood dressing room, they renovated our cielings, and our basement floors. Additionally, they repainted our porch, our walls in our study and our kitchen. Furthermore, the lead contractor and owner is a **** good carpenter and built new cherry cabinets that perfectly matched the existing ones, they also installed a quartz slab for the counter, as well as a swivel television and new wood floors in the basement. All in all these men did a fantastic job and we couldn’t have sold our house without them. If you’re renovating your house, this company is whom you want to do it. Their work ethic is unaparalled and their personalities are fantastic as well."

Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "Chase and the Maize team were very professional, accommodating, organized, and did great visible work throughout the project. Activities were explained in detail, and scheduled commitments for the various projects proceeded generally on time. Small changes were discussed and closed real time. At all times the crew were professional, courteous, and neat during and leaving our home; in short excellent workers. At one point, changes needed to be made on work for the windows. The discussion was open, honest with satisfactory results both in the project and with Chase working directly with the Insurance Company to process the changes and approvals. "My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding.
