"I went to turn on our heating system and it wouldn't turn on. I also noticed there was water dripping from a heater pipe. I called Platinum and Robert responded to my call within the half hour. We scheduled a time for him to come the next day and he was able to fix the heater quickly. As our system is pretty old, he also took the time to discuss options for potentially replacing it and also showing me different parts on the system that might need to be replaced if we didn't want a new system. He also looked at another plumbing project I was thinking about while he was there. About 15 minutes after he left, I realized I had forgotten to mentioned the dripping pipe. I called him to ask if I should be concerned. He immediately turned around, came and assessed the problem, and fixed it with no additional cost. I would highly recommend and plan on using Platinum for any future plumbing needs."

"I called Matt on a Sunday in need of a plumber for Monday and he rearranged his schedule to help us out so we could move forward with our bathroom renovation after listening to our situation. He came over and removed our old cast iron tub which was just a bonus because I was going to keep it even though I didn’t want to. He also put in a new shower valve and fixtures, tub drain, sink faucet, and toilet. It was a big job and he did it effortlessly and I couldn’t believe he was at our house in less than 24 hours of calling him. His work was impeccable, he has fair pricing, he was clean and a pleasure to have in our home. He was also a wonderful mentor to his apprentice who he walked him through everything they were doing. I highly recommend Ferris Plumbing and will definitely call him for our next renovation project."

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. "They came out on a Sunday and didnà  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  t charge an emergency fee. There was water coming from the bathroom down to my kitchen below. He was able to see where the leak was coming from and repaired and replaced some shower faucet parts. He left everything cleaned up and stopped the leak in four hours."

"Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth.
