When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. I am so happy at how it came out and will recommend All Under One Roof to all my friends."

"Newton Roofing responded quickly to my general roof repair request. Rich Mello came out and assessed the situation and suggested both a roof patch repair and/or a partial roof replacement. He was informative and helpful. Not a hard sell at all. Quickly emailed an estimate for both jobs. I thought the price was good on both. I went with the patch repair and a month later it was completed. They even were good at cleaning up and looking for dropped nails."

"Anthony and his associate showed up the next day with the proper materials and the repair looks good. The repair was on the north facing side of the house and it was important to have this done before winter. While up on the ladders they also cleaned and repaired a very clogged down spout. "LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"THey removed some rotted siding on my side porch and replaced it with pressurized wood exactly fitting in, then painted it to match. ALso pressure washed the slate roof of the porch which was covered with lichen. ALso cleaned the gutters out. THe roof looks like new! DId it all in one day and were very efficient and polite.
