He said he would have it looked at and fixed, but to our surprise, in a matter of a few days, he sent his crew, who ripped the entire ridge vent off and replaced it free of charge. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"
