He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days. Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! "Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses.
