"I hired Paul and his guys to install a vinyl fence in my backyard. He did a very good job. The fence was installed quickly and feels sturdy. Due to the pandemic it did take a bit for the supplies to be obtained however the lines of communication were open and as soon as they came in, my product was installed. He does not use the cheap, box store products. The fences he ordered were of strong and the quality was definitely there. About 2 weeks after the fence was installed, I felt the door was a bit lose. I was told this is likely from settling and he quickly came and fixed it. It?s now been about 9 months since he installed and I am happy with the service. Thanks for a great product and service."

After working with several contractors on smaller jobs and interviewing several others for my kitchen remodel, I went with Sergiy and his team. He worked with our design to demo, prep and finish a large kitchen for cabinet and appliance installation. I could not have expected a better job, or a nicer group of people into my house. Above all, he worked with me to ensure that everything was as planned, and not just to ?acceptable? standards, but to ?professional? standards. There is a difference.  He came in on budget, was very reasonable, and also took care of some nagging unrelated issues, like adjusting our patio doors (a lot cheaper than buying new ones) and replacing a window that I measured and bought myself for a fraction of what anyone else would charge.

The project included a complete demo, and removal of soffits including getting rid of a lot of wallpaper yet keeping the wallboard underneath perfect for painting, new exhaust, etc. They ensured everything was lined up, dimensionally accurate, plumb and square for my cabinet installer and appliances.

I am so happy that I did not have a condescending or patronizing contractor that was looking for anything to change our vision or add unnecessary work and then get out before anyone noticed.  I wanted to have more control than just pay $100K+ to one contractor and hope for the best. I split up design, cabinets and appliances. Many would not even consider anything that was not the entire job. Sergiy really worked with me, was sincere in making everything right, and the cost was super reasonable and spot on.  He is focused on the job, not on over selling. A very nice change, indeed.

However, a couple days ago, it snowed and when I went to get in my car that morning realized he had already been out to the house. Because the snow was already removed. "My rear facade wall was falling apart, there was apparent deterioration, cracks falling apart. I was recommended to High Tech by our community board. Scaffold was used for this project. They chipped out the 4-story facade and applied wire-mash. First coat of cement was for curing and the second coat was  the finishing coat. The finishing coat was very finely re-finished. The back-wall was waterproofed with thoro-coat.  My roof was leaking as well at multiple places, bubbles had been formed with water seeping in, leaving into my kitchen. The weather was very rainy and stormy at that time and thanks to High Tech they repaired my roof by placing a new layer roof on top of the existing roof and stopped the leak. High Tech remains as one of the top recommended company in our community board."
