"I had a water pressure issue in my home. Called for help and Loren showed up. Found the problem. My pressure tank needed some adjusting and an old unused water filtration system needed to be bypassed. Loren did a great job and he was very pleasant. Highly recommend "

"I had a blockage in my sewer line due to pieces of the cast iron pipe breaking and getting caught in the underground trap. Charlie blew out the blockage with high pressure. Jason arrived about 15 minutes after Charlie and left to get a replace boot for the section of pipe Charlie had to cut out. Charlie was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why."

"We've been customers of Stone Industries for many years and have left positive reviews in the past. (No, we're not related.) This company's service is the way things should be. They are excellent! <br /> Even a routine thing like pumping out our tank proves this. Today, a young gentleman, Shawn, came to pump the tank. Not only was he on time and polite, but he labored to do the job right. He really works hard at his job and has a fantastic work ethic. <br /> Septic work is a physically hard job. Out in all types weather, working under some of the worst circumstances. We can't help but respect the people at Stone every time they come here. <br /> To repeat one of our prior comments: Excellent to do business with ... from the owner, to the people in the field, to the people in the office. <br /> Thank you."

"I had a sewer backup that flooded a room in my home. I had roto rooter dude out to my house 3 previous times in the course of a year to unclog my lines. I tried to reach out to rooterman but he was too busy. I hopped on Angies List and looked up plumbing. Farrell bros is what i decided to go with but was hesitant due to the F ratings. Their plumber Mike, i think it was mike (Marine Veteran) was at my house in less than an hour. He snaked and cleaned out the line, but he found what rooterman had missed! He saw that the trap plugs were rotted out and replaced them. Then he used a camera to scope out the line and i found out i had a broken Trap and a belly! How did the Rooterman miss this three times?? Mike ordered me a part and replaced the broken stuff and was very kind. Both of us were Marines so we bonded a bit over that i think. Anyway, he offered to get me an estimate for digging up and replacing the sewer line and told me about the financing. I may or may not go with them for that big job, i haven't decided yet and am trying to find a cheaper solution such as getting a excavator in there and exposing the pipe then calling Farrell in to replace. One thing is for sure, i wont call the rooterman anymore! Mike from Farell is a great plumber. Ignore some of these other crazy sounding reviews, i can tell you first hand that these people are legitimate."

"Things went very well. Kyle Simoncavage came exactly at the time he said he would. He looked into the problem and quickly and very accurately figured out the issue. He ran a new drain pipe from upstairs to downstairs, solved the problem, cleaned up perfectly and charged an extremely reasonable price. We highly recommend doing business!!"

"Initial estimate was high, especially the piping.  Some discounts were given reducing the initial estimate to a better price. Pipes and toilet were replaced on first visit. There were questions regarding the number of labor hours worked being a good amount less than the labor hours in the estimate. Issue was worked out with the company. Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal were replaced on subsequent visit. <br />"

"Two junior employees were sent to do what was a fairly small job - the repair of a bathroom shower faucet (the handles had broken). They misidentified the main shut-off valve for the water, using a secondary shut-off instead. They then informed me that the shut-off wasn't working and that they would need to put in emergency sharkbite valves to do the work. <br /> After they had done this, the head plumber / owner arrived and immediately identified the proper shut-off, used it, and admitted that the valves were unnecessary. He finished up the work his men had begun. He then proceeded to charge me for the labor and parts that were unnecessary. <br /> To make matters worse, I recently had a new plumber come to do some work and he discovered that these unnecessary valves had not been put in straight and that they have begun to slowly  leak water into my ceiling and insulation. <br /> The head plumber was quick and capable in the work that he did (it did not hold up well, but I suspect that was because the fixture was 30 years old). However, when his men made mistakes he should have 1) not charged the customer for them and 2) checked their other work.  He would not be my first choice for a plumber in the future. <br /> <br /> <br />"
