"Bill gave my husband and me an estimate for a major plumbing job in an 80-year-old house where my brother lives. The old stack pipe was rusted and ready to crumble. There were leaks under the tub and pipes in the second-floor bathroom. Water leaked into the kitchen. We signed a contract with Bill to do the repairs and to install a walk-in shower to replace the tub. Bill did an outstanding job,. He kept us informed of progress with updates and pictures. We discussed any additional work that was needed, and made modifications as the job progressed. Bill also had other experts that were needed, such as an electrician to add a GFI and some other things. The new bathroom is beautiful. The walk-in shower is equipped with grab bars and built in shelves. The floor tile and shower tile are beautiful. We are very pleased with the completed job, and we appreciate Bill's professionalism and his outstanding work. We highly recommend Bret Homes and would defUnitedly hire them again."

"Jack came and took a look at the problem and was back the next morning with a helper to do the job. They did a great job. They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

"The experience went exceptionally well, like clock-work! Joseph Georgini is an excellent communicator and plumber. He contacted me very shortly after I posted my request on the Anji website, was able to quickly collect all the information he needed about my job, set very clear expectations, advised me how I should prepare for the repair work, and set up our appointment. He sent me an appointment reminder, and showed up when he said he would. He assessed the situation quickly, and worked efficiently to replace my faucet. He took time to make sure everything was functioning properly, and cleaned the work area when he was satisfied the job was complete. His bill was what he had quoted. It was great to work with such a competent plumber who is also so customer service oriented. I will definitely contact him for my future plumbing needs."

"Two technicians arrived on time. They fully explained everything that needed to be done and gave a cost range up front, depending on what they found once they found once they disassembled my shower faucet mechanism. It ended up being a replacement of the pressure and temperature regulator valves. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I'm happy with the repair work and all has functioned as it should since they made the repairs."

"I have been using them for years for all of my plumbing needs. In addition to replacing the sewer line, they have unclogged pipes, and installed a water heater, faucet and gas dryer. "John did a great job, he was professional, curteous and friendly. He replaced a leak which was at a joint, which also cause a problem for the line to the washer. The washer line came into the joint thus he had to replace that line not just fix the joint. I have the old grey pipes that has since been outlawed for usuage. He helped me replaced a few heavy items since my husband was at wok and even helped me carry my laudry basket upstair since my dryer had gone off. Thank You John"
