"I had an ice dam and called John, the owner. He sent out his assistants that day (after dark yet!) who cleared off the snow and ice, and placed a tarp until they could come back and fix the problem. They repaired the damage and then installed heated cables with a thermostat and humidistat to eliminate the ice build up in the future. <br /> I have used this contractor before for MANY projects and have always been extremely pleased with his professionalism and responsiveness.
