"Hired to jet cut roots in our sewer line. On day one, the high pressure compressor broke down. It took a number of days to fix the machine but they finally showed up to complete the job. Again, it seemed that the pressure output was inconsistent and it took a long time to cut out the roots. At the end of day two a complete final inspection of the sewer line was not done. A little over a week later we had a different company come by for a sewer line repair estimate. Embarrassingly, it was revealed that there were still uncut roots in the sewer line. We had already paid for the work and this unfortunate outcome is currently unresolved."

"Needed a new toilet installed. Was scheduled by another Plumbing company. They never showed up. They had many excuses as to their rescheduling but pushed the project back again. I called Neighborly Plumbing and Travis was very professional and friendly. He had us by the new toilet and scheduled the plumber Mathew to install it. Mathew came on the scheduled time, installed the toilet in less than an hour and he was on his way. So professional and very nice. "I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I had to comment on Ellery's work, everything went better than I expected it to. He was able to quickly deduce the solution to clear the drain and had our waste water flowing in the right direction again. The only question he couldn't answer is, "How did a sock get in there to begin with?" and who really knows the answer to that?? We will definitely be using Parley's in the future."

"Dan from Expert Plumbing called me about 10:15 AM on the day of the new shower installation to get some additional information on what I needed done, and then again when he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived, just shortly after 11 AM, he went over Expert's pricing (i.e., cost of the service call, hourly rate and minimum,etc.) and after looking very briefly at the plumbing, had me sign an invoice assuming two hours of labor (the worst case scenario in his mind). However, he explained that if he completed the work in an hour or less he would write up another invoice for one hour minimum labor charge. Dan then looked at the now exposed plumbing behind the bathtub. He saw no evidence of any leakage along the bathtub piping or on the floor during a careful inspection. However, he was unable to pressure test the piping and soldered connections because the water had been turned off and the shower-install contractor had already cut the copper piping to the now-demolished shower. He then focused on the corroded (due to hard water) nipple. It took some effort but with the correct internal pipe wrench he was able to remove it. I had purchased four nipples of differing lengths in anticipation of replacing the corroded nipple. Dan installed one of the new nipples so that a new tub spout with a threaded connection can be installed. Overall, the labor he performed took around 45 minutes, with most of that time expended on removal and replacement of the recalcitrant corroded nipple. In summary, Dan was courteous, personable, and professional. Before leaving he modified the invoice to one hour of labor, as he had discussed upon arrival. I would use Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical again if needed."
