"Needed a large chandelier hung on a 17 ft ceiling. I told the office staff their tech would need scaffolding, an extra large ladder or perhaps an assistant. Unfortunately the tech showed up alone and without the large ladder, so we had to reschedule for the next week. Once he had the proper equipment, the tech was great. Worked efficiently and took extra care. Pricey and took an extra week, but the work turned out well."

I called Neighborly Plumbing and Travis was very professional and friendly. He had us by the new toilet and scheduled the plumber Mathew to install it. "I recently began renting my home through a management company. When the AC stopped working I had my management company contact an AC company, and they chose Expert. Expert quoted $4000 to replace the AC. I then found another AC company myself (Humphrey) for a second opinion. Humphrey was able to fix the AC simply by changing the capacitor and fuse. Expert either 1) didn't bother to even look at it because the work order was coming from a management company and figured they paid whatever, or 2) did a really poor job diagnosing the problem. Either way, neither is favorable. My lesson learned as a new landlord--always find a repair company yourself."
