"Plumber had to run a sewer clean out to find root cause of problem. Once this was finished he found a bad blockage in line and one break in line next to foundation. He was very professional and kept us informed of problem and cost all the way while trying to resolve the problem. I had previously paid 3 different plumbers to fix problem and it still was not fixed. This resulted in a huge problem at my property and caused my home owner insurance to be involved. I selected Mr Rooter off Angie’s list cause I had heard about it and because of Angie’s list I felt I could trust the company. "Prompt answer at the office on a Saturday morning. Courteous and professional scheduler. Received a 20 min heads-up call when plumber was actually headed my way, which was very helpful. He didn't have the correct tool to remove the clean out cap, so the cap had to be destroyed to remove it. When I objected to the price quote including the charge for a new cap, that charge was removed. The clog was promptly diagnosed and cleared. The overall price structure was higher than I expected, but the service was VERY prompt, courteous, and it was a Saturday. Overall, I would certainly use this service again. <br />"

"The water heaters are located in an upstairs attic.  There is a very long stairway to the upstairs and the attics.  We live in a nice house and I was worried that that rusty water, or dirty boot prints, or insulation would mess up the fine rugs.  I also worried about scratches to the newly refinished hardwood floors.  No problem!  The two plumbers were neat, thorough, organized, and clean.  They wore booties over their shoes and took them off and put them back on every time they had to leave the house to get to to the truck.  They wrapped the water heaters in canvas tarps and made sure not one drop got on the rugs or the floors.  Their work was immaculate.  The installation was neatly done and up to code.  They could really be proud of the installation once done.  I haven't had a minutes trouble from the water heaters since the work was done over a month ago.  Use these guys.  They are not the cheapest, but they are the best and that cost us less in the long run. <br />"
