They were very open about my windows and gave me info on how to get them repaired under my warranty instead of just offering their own services. They also helped me along the way to deal with my insurance company which initially denied my claim. I know for a fact that I would not have gotten my roof covered without their help. "Legacy completed a full roof replacement for me last week. Their representative Wade Own did a great job making the process very smooth. He worked well with our insurance adjuster and guided us through the project. Legacy did a nice job calling us ahead of time so that we were prepared for the project. The site supervisor, John Omara, checked in with me multiple times and ensured the job was complete before leaving the site. The yard was properly cleaned. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
