"MDTech did an expert installation of a wall model microwave/oven combination which we purchased from a large retailer to replace an existing model that had broken. The technicians arrived within the agreed time window and got right to work. Replacing wall appliances can be tricky because the new unit may not fit the cabinetry exactly, although it is the "right" size. This was the case with us. Not to worry, though, as MDTech came up with a solution for us. Although they did not have the tools to do minor carpentry work, they were able to carefully remove a small board from the cabinet opening and suggest how it could be cut to fit in order to finish off the job. This is a handyman job that we are confident we can have done easily. The new unit looks and works beautifully. We are quite pleased with MDTech's efficiency and expertise because the retail outlet where we obtained the new appliance told us that the wait time for an installation could be as long as 12 weeks. We will definitely call MDTech the next time we need assistance with our home appliances."

"First of all, Arthur is amazing! He is an exceptional worker and explains everything throughly. Our high-end kitchenaid fridge broke down after Thanksgiving. I reached out to Kitchen Aid and they referred me to AA repairs. Arthur came out the next day and diagnosed our fridge, we needed a new condenser. He expedited the parts from east coast distributor during the holiday week. It came in 2 days and he installed it the next day. He very knowledgeable on kitchaid appliances and knew exactly the problem. I highly recommend AA repairs for any high end appliance. "Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"Things went great! Mario and his staff were a class act. He drove all the way to California City to install my mini split. I paid extra gas but to me that was commendable. Mario also sent me pictures and a video of his work installing a mini split. That is what sold me. It was installed in a timely manner and correctly. I love it!
