"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

"Let’s just say communication was stellar from the get-go! We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. Everything looks beautiful and we would definitely work with Tom and Jesse again in the future! Actually, hoping to have them come back and do some laminate flooring for us as well! "Our un-vented basement bathroom needed a lot of help. It was harvest gold from the 70s and was developing mold. We needed the walls removed. Thankfully no serious mold was found behind the walls. It was taken down to the studs and everything was replaced from the floor to the ceiling and a fan with outside venting was installed. We got four quotes and went with St Croix Kitchen and Bath because the price was reasonable and Joe, the owner, had excellent design ideas. Joe was responsive and addressed all our concerns throughout the project. All his subs were respectful, friendly and professional. The finished product is excellent. When I took my first shower in the new tub and shower surround I though I was in a luxury condo on a beach somewhere. But no, it was still St Paul at 5 degrees outside. We are going to enjoy that bathroom for many years to come!"
