"Outstanding!! Plumbing was done by Aaron Brown and electrical work was done by Daniel Roady. Mr. Brown replaced my plumbing which was well needed. The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would! "When they arrived, I assumed I would just be getting an estimate, but they said they could do the repairs that day if I wanted. I mentioned that I had to be out of the house by a certain time, and they got right to work doing everything on my list, and they finished in my time frame. I never did get that estimate, but I got all the work done and so I was pleased. It seemed kind of expensive, but I had not called for other estimates so I don't know if that is the case. Truthfully, I was glad to have the work done without having to schedule another appointment, so the cost was secondary to me at this point. When I use them again, I will ask for an itemized estimate and an itemized bill. The bill I received was not itemized, so I don't know the cost of each individual repair that was completed .
