"I solicited detailed quotes from 3 different contractors and ultimately selected M&B Construction to remodel a former storage room into a fully finished home gym space. Of the 3 quotes I received; M&Bâ s proposal was the most competitive. My project required light demolition, extensive framing, some HVAC, electrical, drywall, paint and flooring. I also needed my project completed within a very tight timeline as I was expecting gym equipment to be delivered shortly thereafter. Travis, Dion and the entire team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They, and their service providers, wore masks in my home EVERY day during the process. They took great care to protect my floors and walls and treated my home, and my family with great respect. They took the time to answer every question and listen to every concern. Throughout the project and after they finished, they cleaned up the site as if they were never there. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. The fine details like paint and paint lines, trim and stain reflect the work of true craftsmen. â Remodelâ doesnâ t appropriately describe this project. â New Constructionâ is a better descriptor of the look and feel of the finished product. The Sheen was not quite right for the first try and they came back promptly and fixed it. I highly recommend this company."
