"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

"We had a sewer line collapse in 2011.  Illini came and replaced the entire line from the house to the street.  Unfortunately over the <br /> holiday we had a lot of house guests and we had a sewer backup.  Called a different company (who did a great job too) who came and cleaned out the sewer but indicated we  may want to have the original contractor look at the pipe to make sure we didn't have further issues.  Illini came out ran a camera through the line at no cost to verify that we did not have any issues and it was just a fluke.  They were wonderful.  Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. <br /> Thank you <br />"
