"Once we finally found a date that fit into both of our schedules, I had to call him at 5:00am, just hours before he was to be at my house, to cancel due to the birth of my grandson. He took the news very well, congratulating me and telling me not to worry about the short notice. He showed up right on time on the rescheduled date. <br /> Once he removed the old door, he found that the brick on the house had been added, which I did not know, and he had to correct to correct the opening in order to be able to install the new door jamb. He did an excellent job and both doors looked better than I had expected. He didn't charge me any extra for the extra work he had to do to the house because of the siding. He came back the next day to install the trim around the door and showed up when he said he would. He noticed that I had an opening to the crawl space under my house and cut the old door to fit into the space and cleaned up after himself.
