"So I have been using Arkadia for 3 years now after having a big tick issue in our yard. THEY ARE THE BEST! Recently, we had a bees nest in our house - we had over 100 bees flying around in our house!! We called in the morning, they responded and send someone out the same morning. They sucked out the bees and came back first thing next morning to take out the nest. They used only organic materials (a big deal given we have 3 young kids). That afternoon, no more bees! Their responsiveness and attention to service is FANTASTIC. Their workers are so professional (we have had several different ones and they all have VERY HIGH STANDARDS), thorough, kind and considerate. They explain everything they are doing and make you feel like you understand what is happening. I normally never post reviews b/c I am so busy, but these guys are so fantastic that they deserve everyone knowing how great they are. What's great is that they stand by their work too. We had a couple other bug problems and they came back out very quickly to solve the problem without us having to pay another penny (although we get a yearly plan). I can't say enough great things about them!!! They are worth every single penny and there is a reason they have so many "A" ratings - well earned!!"
