"Once again Montie rocked it! <br /> We have used Montie numerous times. We only have 1 room left to carpet, the basement, which is kind of sad because we just love working with him. He really gets to know you, your needs, how you use the room, the traffic, the look you are going for, accounts for kids, pets etc.... and guides you in the right direction for carpet - quality carpet. He even called ahead to the carpet wholesaler telling them what we were looking into based on our prior likes/dislikes and when we showed up, they were ready to point us in the right direction and give us samples. They worked seemlessly with Montie to communicate square footage, padding etc...  Montie does provide the padding too and gives you better than norm at prices that are better than carpet stores.  <br /> We were unsure of a few things about the carpet samples we selected and had a tough time deciding. But a quick call to Montie and his guidance really helped us out and make a choice. And the result is awesome!  He and his crew do great work, are friendly, and clean everything up nicely. You come into your room and it looks brand new!  You can't see the seems, nothing ever bunches or looks raggedy. "I sent my request in late yesterday evening, after 9:00 pm. He responded within about 20 minutes, and by 11:30 last night, I knew that he could do the work today because of a cancellation. I called him this morning to give him the address and additional information. He arrived and brought 2 men with him. They did a fantastic job. "David and Henry did a fantastic job restoring the beauty of our carpets. Our staircase carpeting is 20 years old, but you'd never know it after Henry finished working on it. Even the edges of the treads, which usually show the most wear, look practically like new. The two men also restored the brilliant colors of our 2 Oriental rugs. Throughout the process they were very polite and professional. We've hired Martin Carpet Cleaning before, and we'll hire them again. Price is right!"

"Neal was wonferful!  He answered all my questions, made great recommendations, was very straight forward, nice, professional and even helped me choose colors.  The installers were fanstastic and it only took one day!  They were fast, efficient and neat.  My house had some issues with where to run the seams and odd transitions.  Neal said he could not gurantee there would not be a problem but if there is an issue they would come out and fix it.  2 years later and you still cannot see the seams and the carpet has held up great!  I have pets and people that come over and do not always wipe their feet well and my light beige carpet still looks awesome.  Neal gave me lots of tips and fixes for stains and how to keep it clean.   The entire experience was above and beyond what I expected.  I cannot say enough wonderful things about them!  I would highly recommend them and am thoroughly impressed!"

"Timely and good communication in all aspects, despite COVID-19. In-house appointments and installation of carpet respected social distancing measures. Our sale rep, Ed Adkins, did a good job of listening to our needs (high traffic areas, and general wear and tear) and budget and helped us select a good carpet to fit. He also worked (talk, share his layout drawings) with us so we didn't waste carpet that we selecting for the main stairway. The stairway runner was lay with a Hollywood Tuck on the steps and looks fantastic with the finish wood. All is good."
