"John Scott Roofing did a fantastic job with my home. My roof looks amazing! His company came in with the lowest estimate, and John was patient in explaining the process, shingle options, along with providing samples and explaining the warranty. These guys do good work, and don't take you to the cleaners along the way. While repairing my roof, 7 sheets of plywood and 122' of 2x4 were needed to replace the damaged areas of my roof. There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. My neighbor was so impressed by how good it looks, and how fast they knocked it out they called him too. I definitely recommend John Scott Roofing, and will use him for all my future needs. The office scheduled the day for the repair and the crew showed up on time, fixed the roof and cleaned up and left. I was very happy they were able to get the repair done quickly and they showed up when they were scheduled. They sent all the photos with the invoice so I could see the before and after. "There customer service is excellent! Very responsive when you call with a question or problem. They also adjust the price as the work is being done, in my case both ways. I'll explain. I needed a roof repair after a tree fell on my home, they gave me a quote (same day!) and it was differently a fair one. The roof decking went well over the original amount quoted which to me was expected and price went up. Then they over estimated the amount of soffit needed so the subtracted that from the now new price. At the end of the day the cost went up approximately $35 for an extra 80 linear feet of roof decking! Extremely honest and fair! HIGHLY recommend Trust Roofing!"

One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

"In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated."
