The problem was that the estimator only saw one roof layer when there were two. One would assume that a trained estimator would know this. They charged extra for removing the second layer, which i found out about after the job was in process. Also, beware of gutter guards, which may need to be removed. If your guards are expensive, make sure reinstallation is included in the job estimate."
