"The only ding I have is that when we made the appointment we were told they could replace an undermount bathroom sink. As it turns out they don't do that and apparently not many do. They suggested we reach out to granite companies as that is the type of counter we have. Otherwise, the service was great. They serviced out Noritz tankless water heater, replaced a kitchen faucet that we supplied, replaced parts in a toilet that was self flushing, replaced cartridges in two sinks that had slow drips. I would highly recommend this company."

"I purchased a new A/C unit. All went well with the sales and installation. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect!
