An issue when you have this type of problem is you can't get free estimates, they can't know what's going on underground and pulling a pump is costly. They didn't try to sell me all kinds of unnecessary repairs, I saw the hole when they pulled the pipe out, and they did a great job replacing the corroded pipe, and put a new pump in too since the old one was already 15 years old and I wanted the peace of mind of having a new one down there."
