"We were getting very frustrated about trying to get someone to fix this toilet. A similar repair some years ago cost about $150,
but the new super in our building said this repair would cost about $400! We considered it....then logged on to Angie?s List.
Rapid Repairs referred us to a plumber near to us and he arrived that afternoon. He assessed the problem, left to buy the needed part and fixed the toilet when he returned. The bill: $160.

"The service provided by Moe and Chase was terrific. Lisa, their office manager, was courteous, friendly and (thankfully) persistent in allowing me to schedule a convenient time for their visit. The best part? Not only were Moe and Chase professional and knowledgeable about how to diagnose and correct our AC systems issues they were friendly and funny. They played with our obnoxious puppy and said hi and bye to my young son. My wife thought that Chase was actually Enrique Iglesias. While their appearance is similar I suggested that young Mr. Iglesias most likely doesn't require a second job. Overall, the service provided by Moe, Chase and Lisa was excellent. "Luis and his helper did a wonderful job putting together and installing both vanity and over toilet storage cabinet. They did a great job repairing ceiling and painting it. They also did a great job installing new light fixture in bathroom. They cleaned up area nicely after they were done. I will definitely use him again!"

"The project included an extensive scope including the installation of a full bar/kitchen, full bathroom, , framing of several rooms, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tie-ins, lighting, wood flooring, shelving, installation of two sewage ejection pumps, and audio/visual components. Andrew demonstrates a hands-on approach to all the work and holds his subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers accountable. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Two-River’s on-staff carpenters, who were largely on-site for the entire project. They were courteous throughout the entire install as workers and material were brought in and out of our house. They were also meticulous in leaving the house free of dust and the basement debris-less at the conclusion of each day. Andrew and his design team assisted us in providing multiple design options and ideas, in many cases maintaining budget, while not compromising quality. We are highly satisfied with the end product and truly feel that Two-Rivers helped transform our basement from an unusable, cold storage space to an efficient and usable extension to our home. "There are four pillars to good service: communication, quality, reliability and fair pricing. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."
