Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). "I hired Queen City Plumbing to replace my A.O. Smith water heater with a Bradford White 50 gallon superheater. Ed showed up on time, was very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. After the new heater was installed, Ed took the time to show me how the controls worked and how to adjust the mixing valve to adjust water temperature. "John and his crew came out on a Friday after coming out for an initial visit to confirm the issues we were having. I needed to have a septic tank extractor pump replaced. In the difficult process or removing this pump, John also had to arrange to have our septic tank pumped out. The pump was difficult to install because of its location, and then right after they installed it, the bearings went out (faulty brand new pump). John called the supply house and made them stay open late so we would have functional plumbing over the weekend. They drove out, got another pump and then had to install the pump again. We also had them replace a downstairs toilet for us. Overall, they were punctual, polite and worked hard to make sure we were happy. We plan on having them come back out in install two other toilets."

"The folks at Imported Stone are wonderful to work with. They were friendly, returned phone calls promptly, and delivered on everything they promised. We had an issue with our original cabinet company and it took much longer than expected before we were ready for our granite. "Scott was great to work with. He was promo in emailing me and talking to me about my repair, which was tremendously helpful since he was the second company I had attempted to use after the first failed to make the repair. I sent him pictures and he gave an initial estimate of $250. The pipe where the leak was a polybutylene pipe, which I was worried would cause an issue, but he said it wasn't a problem. I scheduled him to come out on Saturday, but he called on Friday and said he was in the area and wanted to take a look. I was already home from work for lunch, and so he stopped by. He brought another tech with him, and were able to get the work done then. The entire service took only 20 minutes! Even better, the cost was a third less than he had estimated. After the fact, I had to pass on his insurance and license information to my Condo Owners Association, and he sent me the info within 24 hours. They did an excellent job.
