"Great company! Even though they are located on the East Coast, they have excellent control over their local professionals. EXAMPLE: I requested a cleaning of my siding (along with my windows) and paid a deposit. On arrival, the professionals realized that their product was incompatible with my cedar siding. They credited this to my account and the other orders I placed. I’ve been using them for years and have no reservations about recommending them to others."

"This service will meet your pest control needs."

"I used them last year for a series of five treatment during the summer. It did a very good job controlling the mosquitoes. I hired them this year and gave them my credit card. They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back. I heard they may have closed down their operation. A shame, they did a nice job."

"The company respond quickly to my Angie's list request for a quote. I did remind them of the 5% discount for Angie members. The amount quoted was then lowered. I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. This should me that the company will take steps to make sure their customers are treated with the most highly respect and professionalism. Orlando called before he came and was very pleasant and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hornets. He explained about the difference kinds and their behavior habits. Hopefully, the hornets will not come back and if they do I will not hesitate to hire Pointe Pest control again."
