"Shane was outstanding. He followed all safety/COVID protocols, which my family appreciates for any outside visitors. He listened and looked attentively at what work I requested. He provided a quote and I accepted. He went straight to work and installed our three faucets and replaced/updated the shut-off valves (over 19 years old). I also appreciate the cleanliness of the job - even with a rainy day outside. He was willing to answer all my questions on all the features of old and new plumbing. This company was recommended on our neighborhood Facebook site, and I could not have been more impressed with the quality of work."

"I needed to get the kitchen faucet replaced for my tenants in Virginia all the way from England. Debbie was super professional. She made all the arrangements with my tenants. The work was done on time as promised within 48h. The communication was seamless. Mind you that while I was shopping around for a plumbing company, another company was not even willing to deal with me once he learned I lived out of country. I appreciate your customer orientation and trust. I highly recommend Prince William Plumbing."

"Edgar replaced a shop sink and custom made the fixture to fit the space. He replaced old valves for the washer that were prone to failing. He was here on time and was very knowledgable about the reason the sink was failing and how to fix it. it was a little more expensive than i thought it would be, but reasonable. His quote for a water heater replacement was in line with other estimates we've had. He warranties his work for one year and uses quality fittings and fixtures. He used top of the line press fittings for the sink repair and an all brass fixture for the sink. Some plumbers might skimp there and purchase the cheap failure prone fixture from a box store. Edgar made his himself."

"I'd researched the cost for my job. Nationwide was the only Angi contractor willing to quote me a flat rate for the removal of a 30-year old kitchen faucet and replacement with a new faucet that I bought. Their rate was very reasonable for the job in my zipcode. They completed the job neatly and efficiently. Their customer service was excellent."

"I hired First Choice Plumbing and Remodeling to replace 2 of my copper pipes. They will always be my ;First Choice Tommy (the owner) quoted me a good price in getting the work done. Other companies I checked with were much more expensive. I could not get the work done with those other companies. Tommy worked with me and made sure I was taken care of. I did not feel that I was just another number. Tommy sent out a wonderful technician, Terry. He went above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. There were a few wrinkles (on my part) that he helped me with and explained every step to me. I think God sent these two men my way. Thank you so much Terry and Tommy."

"Came out within three hours of request to fix a leaking pipe under the sink. Plumber Carl was professional, careful, and respectful of property. Quoted a reasonable price and fixed the problem within an hour. Looked at other potential plumbing problems in the house and gave me quotes should I choose to pursue further repairs/improvements."

"Brent did an excellent job of explaining the new technology as I was in great need of replacing my old system. Everything went in in a timely manner and I have been very pleased with the results. I have been using this company for years to repair my old system and never felt pressured to replace until I was ready. Thank you Mermaid!"

"Everything went AMAZINGLY WELL....FAST response on the submission. Within minutes they called me. They came out the same night to analyze my door and give me a quote. They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be calling them from now on when I need anything repaired....."
